We would be the first point of contact for companies wishing to tender for any of your sites in need of waste management. The main elements of this service are:
· Analysing all tenders forwarded to our offices, giving a weekly, monthly and annual breakdown of exactly what you can expect the costs to be.
· Providing a full and clear explanation for all costs incurred at each site, and also advising where the possibility of extra costs might arise.
In the first instance, we will meet you on your premises to view the site(s) and discuss your requirements, and whether or not the service you are receiving at present is appropriate. After which, we will analyse the situation, and arrange a further meeting to propose the most effective waste management solutions for your company.
Wherever possible, markets for recyclable materials will be found, thus reducing your waste costs; any recycling reimbursements will be shown on and deducted from your monthly invoice.
To ensure that the waste companies/contractors awarded the contract adhere to the agreed service, we reserve the right to implement financial penalties for any breach of contract or breakdown in the standard of customer care.
